Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trukta’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

Subscription and Payments

FleetPro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the platform for illegal activities.

Limitation of Liability

Trukta’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Commish Technologies, LLC is incorporated.

Trukta Mobile Applications (Driver, ShipperLite & Supplier)

Trukta’s mobile apps connect independent drivers and service suppliers with parties who need transportation and related services. These additional terms apply to your use of those apps:

Technology platform, not a carrier. Trukta provides a technology platform. Trukta is not a transportation carrier, is not your employer, and is not a party to any agreement for the transport of goods between drivers, suppliers, shippers, and fleets. Services are performed by the independent drivers and suppliers, on their own account and responsibility.
Independent contractors. Drivers and suppliers using the apps are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Trukta, and are solely responsible for their own taxes, licences, permits, insurance, and equipment.
Payments & payouts. Payouts are made through Stripe and Stripe Connect and may be subject to verification, holds, deposits, or bonds. Trukta may charge service fees or a commission, disclosed in the app.
Binding arbitration & class-action waiver. Disputes relating to the apps are resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, and you and Trukta each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class or representative action, except where such a waiver is unenforceable.
Governing law. The mobile-app terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, subject to the arbitration provision above and to any mandatory local consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
Account deletion. You can delete your account at any time from within the app or via our Account & Data Deletion page.

The full in-app Terms of Service (the authoritative version presented at sign-up) govern your use of each mobile app; in case of any conflict for app usage, that in-app version controls.
