Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, company name, phone number, and payment information when you register for FleetPro or use our services.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use our platform, we automatically collect device information, log data, location data (for fleet tracking features), and usage analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, process transactions, send service-related communications, and ensure platform security.

Trukta Mobile Applications (Driver, ShipperLite & Supplier)

In addition to the FleetPro web platform, Trukta operates three mobile apps — Trukta Driver, ShipperLite, and Trukta Supplier. Because these apps run trips and payments end-to-end, they process additional categories of personal data:

  • Identity & KYC documents. Photos of your government ID, driver’s licence, and a selfie, submitted for identity verification and eligibility checks.
  • Precise location, including in the background. While you are online or performing a trip, the Driver and Supplier apps collect precise GPS location — including in the background — to enable matching, live tracking, navigation, status updates, and safety. You can disable location in your device settings, but the apps may not function correctly without it.
  • Camera & photos (proof of delivery). The apps use the camera to capture proof of delivery — a recipient signature, a photo of the delivered goods, and recipient details.
  • Payment & payout data. Payments and payouts are processed by our payment provider Stripe and, for driver and supplier payouts, Stripe Connect. Stripe processes card and bank details under its own privacy policy; we receive transaction metadata, payout status, and records needed for accounting and tax.
  • In-app wallet. We store your wallet balance and transaction history to operate top-ups, earnings, and cash-outs inside the app.
  • Diagnostics & crash data. We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect diagnostics and crash reports (device model, OS version, and the state of the app at the time of a crash) so we can keep the apps stable and secure.

We share this data only with the service providers named above (such as Stripe for payments and Google Firebase for hosting, messaging, and crash reporting) and with the other party to a trip, to the limited extent needed to complete it. You can delete your account and associated data from within each app or by emailing privacy@trukta.app — see our Account & Data Deletion page.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, while anonymized analytics may be retained.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@trukta.app for data requests.
