Trukta commits to 99.9% uptime for all production services, measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded.

Data Backup
All data is backed up daily with 30-day retention. Point-in-time recovery is available for Enterprise plans.
Incident Communication
We notify affected customers via email within 1 hour of a confirmed service disruption.
