Which app do I need?
Trukta has three mobile apps — Trukta Driver (for drivers), ShipperLite (to book shipments), and Trukta Supplier (for service suppliers). Fleet operators use the web dashboard at fleet.trukta.app.
How do I reset my password?
Open the app, tap Sign in, then Forgot password, and follow the email link. If you sign in by phone, request a new verification code.
How do payouts work?
Drivers and suppliers are paid to their connected account via Stripe after a completed job. You can track earnings and cash out from the wallet inside the app.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from inside the app, or request deletion by email. See our Account Deletion page for the full steps.
