Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Trukta account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what we may retain.
Delete in the app (fastest)
Open the Trukta app, go to Profile, then Settings or Security, and tap Delete Account, then confirm. This works in Trukta Driver, ShipperLite, and Trukta Supplier.
Request by email
Prefer email? Write to privacy@trukta.app from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to verify your identity.
What is deleted
Your profile, identity and verification documents, vehicle details, and account data that are no longer required are deleted or de-identified, generally within 30 days.
What we may retain
We may keep limited information where the law allows or requires it — for example transaction and tax records, and data needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms — for only as long as necessary. Anonymized data that no longer identifies you may be retained.
Effect of deletion
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account, history, and any unredeemed wallet balance, subject to applicable law and any amounts properly owed.
