Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trukta’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

Subscription and Payments

FleetPro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the platform for illegal activities.

Limitation of Liability

Trukta’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Commish Technologies, LLC is incorporated.
